In the year 2023, the event is scheduled nd on 2 December 2023 at the banquet facility of the Hotel Sayaji - ENRISE, Nashik with the expectation of engagement of approx 1000 + audiences over two days. The participation of the event for the audiences is on a strictly non-commercial basis and with prior registration. It is expected that the tentative expenses for organising this event will be approximately 15 lakh Rupees, which shall be met by means of sponsorship, donations and CSR funds from the generous & proud Indian individuals and organizations.
